Mick's personality, attention to detail, and enthusiasm won him his first job as Customer Service Trainer for American Airlines. His second career was in construction management, supervising projects whose total value exceeded $150 million.  

With his 20 years of experience in customer service and construction management, you won't find more skilled representation. 

In addition to residential real estate, Mick is well versed in the complexities of buying raw land and waterfront properties. You can trust him to guide you through issues such as LCRA restrictions, flood plains, cove depths and the variable water level of Lake Travis. With his development and construction experience, he can provide valuable insight in determining the cost and feasibility of your planned property improvements. You need an agent who really KNOWS land and waterfront - the issues are so different than those in residential transactions! Mick will help you INTERPRET and VERIFY property information so that you can make a truly informed decision. 

No one knows the North Austin, Cedar Park, Lake Travis or Lake Austin areas better! Mick lives in Cedar Park (and is out on Lake Travis a lot!) and is very involved in the community. He is a former Director of the Cedar Park 4A Economic Development Corporation by City Council. (This corporation is charged with spending a portion of the city's sales tax revenues to attract new businesses and jobs to the area.) He has also served as an Ambassador for the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce. Due to his tireless support and record membership drive, Mick received the Award of Excellence and an Honorary Lifetime Membership from the Chamber. Because he's so connected, Mick is up on all the latest developments in town and know where all of the new roads and "hot properties" will be- you need to know this information before buying or selling! 

Mick graduated from the 2003 class of Leadership Cedar Park, a 9-month civic immersion class focusing on all major areas of city government and community affairs, including planning, economic development, education, transportation, social and health services, and nonprofit organizations. He served on the Advisory Committee for the Hill Country Community Ministries, helping to raise corporate donations and awareness for this critical outreach service that helps so many of our neighbors in times of financial need. And he's a popular speaker for the Texas Scholars Program, encouraging high school students to take the tougher classes and reach for bigger goals. 

Mick is a member of the National Association of Realtors . He has earned the e-PRO Internet Professional certification (which less than 5% of Realtors have obtained!), the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and Certification as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) (held by only a few Realtors in Austin).
